Myla’s insight and versatility have allowed her to provide training, coaching and consulting in various markets including: medical supplies and devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, professional services, telecommunications, government, banking and finance, energy and utilities, software, temporary placement, manufacturing and distribution, heavy equipment, hospitality, retail, insurance, transportation, industrial packing, office equipment, aerospace, aviation, media and education.

Myla has engaged and inspired employees of Fortune 100 Companies, government agencies, small businesses and solo practitioners. She has also served as an adjunct professor at George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

During her 15 year tenure with XEROX, she excelled and won ten annual sales achievement awards. For 3 consecutive years, she produced the largest single sale on her team.

As a consultant she provided Total Quality Management Training for over 2,000 employees of Xerox Business Services, a Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award winning company.

She holds a BS in Distributive Education and a BA in The Business of Fashion from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Her ongoing professional affiliations include The American Society for Training and Development, National Speakers Association and Xerox-Pioneers.
